Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Effective / updated: September 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how SigVerify, operated under Raghav Communication, handles information when you use our website, Android application, verification services, payment features, and support channels.

Our guiding principle is data minimisation: we collect and retain only what is reasonably needed to provide the requested service, secure the platform, process payments, maintain accounts, and diagnose reliability problems.

1. Documents and verification data

For server-side verification, a PDF may be transmitted to our verification backend so the requested analysis can be performed. We aim for zero-retention of uploaded document files: temporary processing data is removed after processing and is not intended to become a permanent document archive.

Panda Lite verification is designed to process the PDF locally. Signature Validator is the online, server-authoritative Adobe/Foxit-style workflow in the browser and Android app, with whole-PDF preview, Signature Properties and certificate trust. Validation itself does not rewrite the original signed PDF; optional Verified PDF and PAdES outputs are separate generated copies.

Verification history stored on the Android device is separate from server diagnostics. History is metadata about completed verifications and is automatically removed after the configured seven-day retention period.

2. Account and authentication information

If you sign in, we may receive basic account information such as your email address, authentication provider identifier, and an internal user identifier. These details are used for account access, credit balances, fraud prevention, support, and service continuity. We do not receive or store your Google password.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. SigVerify does not intentionally store full card numbers, UPI credentials, banking passwords, or payment authentication secrets. We may retain transaction references, payment status, amount, and account/credit information needed to reconcile purchases and resolve disputes.

4. Diagnostics, crash reports and technical logs

To improve reliability, the Android app and website may send technical diagnostic information such as application version, operating-system version, device/browser information, error category, stack trace, timestamps, installation/report identifiers, and relevant page or request context. Crash reports are designed to be queued locally when connectivity is unavailable and retried later.

Diagnostics are not intended to contain the contents of a user's PDF. Please do not put sensitive document information into support messages or manually supplied error descriptions.

5. Cookies, local storage and device storage

The website and app may use cookies, browser local storage, Firebase authentication storage, cached files, and local application storage to keep sessions, preferences, pending diagnostic reports, verification history, and temporary PDF-processing data. You can clear browser or app storage through your device/browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or remove locally queued data.

6. Third-party service providers

Depending on the feature you use, SigVerify may rely on services such as Cloudflare for hosting/security, Render for backend infrastructure, Firebase for authentication/data services, Google services for Android capabilities, and a payment provider for transactions. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6A. Advertising, AdMob and consent

SigVerify uses Google AdMob in selected Android app screens. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device or app information, IP address, ad interaction information, and other data used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization, subject to applicable law and consent choices. Where required, SigVerify uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy and consent choices. Users can revisit applicable advertising privacy choices from the app's privacy settings.

For more information about Google's data practices when its advertising services are used, see Google's How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. See also our Advertising & AdMob Policy.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service, including HTTPS where supported, access controls, authentication, limited retention, and separation of local verification from server verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading documents they are not authorised to process.

8. Data retention and deletion

Uploaded PDFs are intended for temporary verification processing rather than permanent storage. Account and transaction records may need to be retained for operational, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Device verification history is automatically cleaned after seven days. Diagnostic records may be retained for operational troubleshooting until removed through the administrative retention process.

9. Your choices

You may stop using the service, clear local application/browser storage, request account-related assistance, or contact us with privacy questions. Where applicable, we will assess requests to access, correct, or delete personal information subject to security, legal, accounting, and legitimate operational requirements.

10. Children

SigVerify is a general-purpose technical service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorisation. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can review the situation.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy when our features, providers, retention practices, or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
