Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using SigVerify. We strive to provide a seamless cryptographic verification experience. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing verification credits.

1. Digital Goods and Credits

SigVerify operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Verification credits purchased through Razorpay are digital goods and are immediately credited to your account upon manual verification of payment. Because these are digital goods, all sales are final.

2. Automatic Refunds for System Errors

If our server encounters a critical technical error or fails to process your uploaded PDF document, our system is programmed to automatically refund the verification credit back to your account balance. You will not be charged for failed cryptographic processes.

3. Exceptions for Financial Refunds

We do not offer direct refunds to your bank account or UPI after a purchase is made, except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times due to a Razorpay gateway error.
  • You made a purchase but your credits were not applied to your account within 24 hours of contacting support.

4. Unused Credits

Verification credits do not expire. However, unused credits sitting in your account cannot be cashed out, transferred to another user, or refunded to your bank account.
