Welcome to SigVerify. By accessing or using our website and digital signature verification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SigVerify provides an online tool for cryptographically verifying digital signatures embedded in PDF documents (including Aadhaar eSign and DSCs) in accordance with the general standards of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This service is provided as an independent technical analysis tool.
The verification reports generated by SigVerify are for informational and technical purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, nor do they guarantee the legal enforceability of any document in a court of law. Users should consult legal counsel regarding the legal validity of signed documents.
You agree not to upload any documents containing malware or explicitly illegal content. While we automatically delete all uploaded files immediately after verification, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process the documents you upload.
Verifications require prepaid credits purchased via our payment gateway. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used on the account they were purchased for. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on disputed charges and failed verifications.
SigVerify is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the cryptographic analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Gaurav Kalal) and SigVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or resulting from relying on the verification reports.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
