Effective / updated: September 2026. These Terms govern use of SigVerify's website, Android application, PDF verification tools, account features, credits, and related services.
SigVerify provides technical tools for analysing digital signatures and related PDF structures. Features may include server-side verification, on-device verification, document scanning, PDF viewing, verification history, diagnostics, and developer resources. Features can change as the product evolves.
A cryptographic or certificate result is technical evidence, not a legal opinion. A “valid” result does not by itself establish that a document is legally enforceable, that the signer had authority, or that the underlying transaction is genuine. For material decisions, use the appropriate professional, regulatory, or issuing-authority verification process.
You must have the right to process every document you submit. Do not use SigVerify to distribute malware, attack the service, bypass access controls, abuse promotional systems, probe other users' accounts, or submit unlawful content. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and contractual obligations.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service, or payment systems.
Local verification and scanning features may operate without sending the document to our server. Results depend on the source PDF, device capabilities, parser support, certificates, and available trust information. Local verification should not be represented as a guarantee of current external certificate revocation or legal validity.
Server-side verification requires network connectivity and may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits, or security controls. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every PDF format will be successfully processed.
Free accounts receive the published monthly allowances for eligible features. SigVerify Pro is a ₹99 monthly prepaid entitlement that unlocks unlimited server verification, Bill Studio and digital seal stamping during the active period. Existing purchased or referral credits may remain as legacy balance where applicable; new consumer accounts are not required to buy credit packs. Pro activation is confirmed server-side after successful payment.
Promotional credits and referral benefits may have additional eligibility rules, limits, expiry conditions, or anti-abuse controls stated with the promotion. We may suspend benefits where fraud, automation abuse, duplicate accounts, or manipulation is reasonably suspected.
SigVerify branding, software, interface, documentation, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in documents you submit. You grant only the limited technical permission necessary for us to process a document you choose to submit.
SigVerify may display Google AdMob advertisements on selected Android screens. Banner ads are not intended to cover document content, signature evidence, or essential controls. SigVerify may also offer an optional rewarded advertisement that grants an eligible user an additional in-app verification credit after completion of the required ad interaction. Rewarded benefits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency, and are subject to eligibility and anti-abuse controls. Users are never required to click an advertisement or watch an advertisement to use the normal service. Our handling of personal information, uploaded documents, local history, diagnostics, and third-party providers is described in the Privacy Policy. Diagnostic systems are intended to help identify reliability problems and should not be treated as document storage.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We use reasonable efforts to provide accurate technical analysis but cannot guarantee that a result will detect every malformed PDF, unsupported signature construction, compromised credential, or legal issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SigVerify and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes may be highlighted on the website. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
