How do I get my first free credit?
Simply click "Sign in" using your Google Account. Your account will automatically be loaded with 1 free verification credit so you can test the system.
How fast are purchased credits added?
Currently, this platform is in an MVP phase. When you make a purchase via Razorpay, credits are manually added to your account. Please allow up to 2-4 hours for your balance to update. If you need urgent processing, please contact support.
Do my credits expire?
No. Any verification credits you purchase will remain in your account tied to your Google login forever until you use them.
What happens if a verification fails?
If the server encounters a technical error or the script fails to process your file, your credit is automatically refunded to your balance. You only pay for successful analyses.
