Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

At SigVerify, protecting your data and the confidentiality of your documents is our top priority. This policy outlines how we handle your information.

1. Document Uploads and Storage (Zero-Retention)

We operate on a strict zero-retention policy for documents. When you upload a PDF file for verification:

  • The file is temporarily held in server memory or a temporary directory solely for the duration of the cryptographic analysis.
  • The file is programmatically and permanently deleted (unlinked) from our servers the exact moment the verification script finishes, regardless of whether the verification succeeds or fails.
  • We do not log, store, read, or copy the contents of your PDFs.

2. Account Information

To provide credit balances and secure access, we use Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In). We store your email address and a unique user identifier in our secure Firestore database to track your verification credits. We do not have access to your Google password.

3. Payment Information

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. SigVerify does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank details, or UPI information. Razorpay handles this data in compliance with financial regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website utilizes Cloudflare for hosting and security, Render for backend processing, and Firebase for authentication and database management. These services may log standard technical data (like IP addresses and browser types) to ensure server health and prevent abuse.

5. Contact Us
