Last updated: September 2026
Effective / updated: September 2026. This policy explains cancellation, failed verification, credit and payment-related refunds for SigVerify.
SigVerify Pro is a ₹99 monthly prepaid digital entitlement. Existing legacy verification credits, where present, are associated with the purchasing account and are not normally transferable or redeemable for cash. Payment and activation status are confirmed server-side.
If you have not used purchased credits and believe an order was made in error, contact support promptly with the payment/order reference. Requests are reviewed according to the transaction status, applicable law, payment-provider rules, and the circumstances of the purchase.
If a paid server verification fails because of a qualifying technical processing error, the corresponding credit may be automatically restored or otherwise adjusted. A PDF being unsupported, malformed, password-protected, or cryptographically inconclusive is not necessarily a service failure.
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction because of a payment-system error, contact support with the relevant transaction references. We will investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate the correction through the payment provider.
A successfully delivered paid service is generally not refundable merely because the result was unexpected or because the user disagrees with the technical conclusion. Local/on-device features that do not consume paid entitlement are not refundable purchases.
Free, referral, campaign, or promotional credits have no cash value and may be subject to additional terms. They cannot normally be refunded, transferred, or converted into paid balance.
Contact Support with your account email, Razorpay/order reference, approximate purchase time, amount, and a description of the issue. Never send card numbers, CVV, OTPs, passwords, or UPI PINs by email or support form.
Support requests are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible. The timing of any payment reversal or bank/UPI settlement can depend on the payment provider and the user's financial institution.
This policy may be updated when pricing, payment providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
